We actively implement job rotations so that each member can gain a variety of experiences, which will dramatically broaden the scope of their work and naturally develop their skills.
One-tier evaluation, with only direct supervisors conducting evaluations. Goals and deadlines are clearly defined to prevent gaps in goal recognition.
Every quarter, all members gather to announce what goals they have set and what they will work on in the next quarter. A reception is held afterwards.
Awards are given to members who have performed well throughout the year, including the President's Award for MVP, the Leap Forward Award for the member who has grown the most, and the Newcomer Award for members who have been with the company for less than a year.
